We work with people who can’t simply pause their lives. That’s why most of the program is online and easy to fit around your schedule. 

Total duration is usually 4–6 weeks including: online preparation, on-site psilocybin session, and online integration psychotherapy sessions.

Medical Screening and Personalized Plan with a licensed physician

We carefully review your medical history, medications, and well-being to ensure this experience is safe.

If appropriate,  we also look at your goals and outline a personalised support plan grounded in established clinical protocols.

Two or more online Preparation Sessions with your therapist

Your therapist helps you explore any concerns, define what you want from the experience, and prepare mentally and emotionally.Mixed feelings are common. One part of you may be ready for change, while another feels cautious or unsure.

Preparation creates space for both, without forcing a decision.

We use the evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to:

  • Address every concern, so no part of you feels pushed or overridden.
  • Clarify what genuinely matters to you in this experience.
  • Help you feel emotionally ready, at your own pace.

Planning and Arrival in Amsterdam

We schedule a suitable date for your session. If you are traveling, we guide you through the logistics — accommodation, location of the center, what to expect on arrival.

If a visa or documents are required, we can assist you with the process.

 

We recommend arriving at least one day before the session.

Many choose to keep the day light — without urgent tasks or heavy decisions.

Psilocybin session (one full day)

You arrive in the morning, wearing comfortable clothes.You’re welcomed by the facilitator who will be with you throughout the session — someone you’ve already met during the preparation phase.The room feels like a peaceful living space: soft lighting, blankets, comfortable seating.We begin with a brief check-in and preparation, making sure you feel oriented and supported before starting.During the session, you may choose to lie down and close your eyes. Headphones are provided, with music selected to support focus and continuity throughout the experience.

You can open your eyes or speak at any point if you need to.Experiences can vary — sometimes calm, sometimes emotionally or psychologically intense. Your role isn’t to achieve anything in particular, but to stay present with what arises, at your own pace.The facilitator remains nearby throughout.

After the session, we take time to ensure you feel grounded and stable before leaving.

We recommend to keep this day free of work and major decisions. Some people choose a short walk or time in nature; others prefer quiet rest at home or in the hotel.

Together with your therapist, you reflect on the experience and translate insights into specific actions that support your work, relationships, and well-being.
