Welcome to ONCE Center. By using our website (once.be) or booking our services, you (“User”, “Client”, “You”) accept and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.

 

2. Services

ONCE Center offers therapy, mental-health support, medically assisted therapy (where applicable under local law), preparatory and integration sessions, consultations, and related services in Amsterdam.

 

3. Eligibility & Screening

  • You must be 18 years or older to book our services.
  • Prior to any medically assisted therapy or treatment, you must complete our screening and health history questionnaire and provide truthful, accurate information about your health and history.
  • We reserve the right to refuse services if screening indicates risk, contraindications, or does not meet safety criteria.

 

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellation

  • All bookings require full payment or deposit as specified at booking.
  • Payment methods: bank transfer / card / other specified in booking flow.
  • Cancellation policy: cancellations must be made 10 days prior to scheduled session to receive a full refund / partial refund / deposit return. Cancellations after that time may not be eligible for refund.

5. Informed Consent & Client Responsibility

  • By booking, you acknowledge you have received, read, and understood our Informed Consent Form (describing risks, expectations, medical disclaimers).
  • You agree to comply with all preparation and integration guidelines provided by ONCE, and to follow medical advice, after-care instructions and safety protocols.
  • Results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes vary depending on individual conditions, participation, and context.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ONCE, its staff and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of services or website.
  • Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
  • Under no circumstances shall ONCE be responsible for guarantees of specific outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design elements) is owned by ONCE Center or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy or otherwise use this content without express written permission.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Use of the website and booking services implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy (see link). You consent to our collection, processing and storage of personal data as described therein.

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Amsterdam / the Netherlands.
